Then present your ideas to your friends in other groups. Write down these ideas in your notebooks. You will have to explain how you will do it and what instruments you will use to do this.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n\r\n
Some observations
\r\n\r\n

\r\nAs we have noted in the previous activity, the seeds are approximately spherical in shape and they are all of not exactly same size. Some seeds are smaller, some seeds are larger. Some seeds are flattened, such that if you measure them at different locations the size will not be the same. Since we assume that the seeds are approximately of spherical shape, the diameter of the seeds is the estimate of its size.
\r\n
\r\nSo, if we measure only one seed, it might not be a correct answer. For this we need to measure many seeds and take an average of these measurements to get a better estimate of the diamter. Next we will see how we can do this using a millimeter scale that we have in our geometry box.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n",
